Week 7!!


Hi everyone, I'm really happy to be present in this week, I read and learnt new things that are useful for my lessons and my students. I really love to read about autonomy learning because I think it's a difficult kind of learning but not impossible. As it was said, we as professors have to teach our students different methods and techniques to improve their skills. 


The project about one computer class is very interesting, over all, for teachers who don't have access to a computer lab. Nowadays, there are many student´s book that include a CD-Room for doing extra activities on the computer. Sometimes, students don't use it because they don't have a computer at their homes but this is a good opportunity for us to use this CD in the classroom. Also, this can be a way to teach our students how to use these softwares and also I think it's important to teach them a good way to use internet, because sometimes they think internet it's all about chatting, and videos and music, but they don't notice all the educational information that is on the WEB.  

Week 5, in the middle!!

Hello, 

I'm really happy to see how many new things we’ve learnt so far. In this week, I discovered new technological tools to motivate and assess our students but mainly for teaching in a better way. For me, the most important is my students improve and develop all their skills, sometimes it's really difficult to get this but it's not impossible. As professors, we have to innovate and get involved with the technological advances in order to keep up with our students and their new ways to study.

In the course of this, I’ve discovered new resources that I didn’t know, new interactive things that make easy the process of teaching and learning. Sometimes is complicated but all the knowledge that we get, it´s all we need to put in practice our work as teachers.

Week 4

Hello, 

Well every week all of us learn something new and in this part the best was to share new resources for the reading skill. I think this is a difficult part of learning a new language because sometimes we are not used to learn neither in our own language. Nevertheless, it's important that we motivate this kind of activities in our students. I found several pages that will be useful for me in order to develop all the skills that involves any language. 

Other important think is about lesson plans and how we integrate the common activities with the technological resources. I think this is very important because there must be a lot of ways to employ this kind of tools in order to teach in a different way.
